I have been practicing massage therapy in the Northern Virginia area for twenty years. Since graduating from AKS Massage School in Herndon, Virginia in 2003, I have continuously strengthened and expanded my education in the massage and whole health fields.
Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Pregnancy massage are my regular modalities. My strength is in locating trigger points and restrictions and facilitating their release and return to a normal state. I've experienced a lot of success aiding clients with acute and chronic conditions, including frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, headaches, injury and post-surgery recovery. My work has provided many with the relief not found elsewhere.
